2025 Rebate and Discount Promotion
Any groups (groups defined as 10 room nights per night for one or more nights), that sign and actualize before December 31, 2025, qualify for a per room night rebate to be paid on actualization. A $10 rebate will be honored for groups actualizing in June, September, October, and December and a $5 rebate will be honored for groups actualizing in January, February, March, April, July, and August.
You Fly, We Buy – Save on Site Planning Airfare
Qualified RFPs will receive compensation of up to $750 for airfare into Aspen Airport (ASE) for up to two planners upon signature of an agreement. Events must include a minimum of 200 total room nights to qualify. Snowmass is excited to welcome two new towers at the Viceroy Snowmass for the 2025 season. This newly renovated space joins the existing elite lodging portfolio which includes the recently renovated Marriott Autograph Collection branded Viewline Resort, Stonebridge Inn, and Limelight Snowmass.
