Open daily from 8:00am to 2:30pm throughout the winter season, our friendly staff is available to provide local tips, maps, brochures, and insider recommendations. Where is the Snowmass Visitor Center located?
The Snowmass Visitor Center is located at the entrance to Snowmass Village in Town Park and is open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 2:30pm throughout the winter season.
Parking is FREE. Take advantage of the FREE Snowmass Village shuttle to reach the Mall and Base Village from Town Park. While you wait for the bus, relax in the Visitor Center’s lounge area with complimentary wifi, restrooms, and water bottle filling stations.

In 2010, Snowmass Village was the scene of one of the most significant ice age discoveries of all time. Hundreds of people rallied to unearth thousands of prehistoric fossils from Ziegler Reservoir.
