Snowmass Village is located in western Colorado and can be reached via beautiful drives any time of the year — though ideally, you’ll time the big winter storms for the evening after you’ve arrived.
From Aspen: 20 minutes
From Denver: 4 hours (via I-70/Glenwood, or summer-only via Hwy 24 and Independence Pass)
From Eagle/Vail: 2 hours
From Glenwood Springs: 45 minutes
From Grand Junction: 2.5 hours
Directions from I-70:
Exit at Glenwood Springs (Exit 116) to CO-82 south.
Travel 35 miles to Brush Creek Road (on right)
Follow Brush Creek Road straight to Snowmass Village.
Directions from elsewhere:
Since I-70 is the most traveled route, travelers on other routes must be in it for the scenery. We’d advise you to follow your nav system a bit, and your heart more.
